Is the procedure painful?
The procedure is performed under general anaesthesia. Afterwards, soreness in both the liposuction donor areas and buttocks is normal and managed with medication. Most patients return to light activities within 2 weeks.
Why can't I sit after a BBL?
Sitting directly on the buttocks puts pressure on the newly transferred fat cells, reducing their survival rate. Most patients are advised to avoid sitting directly on the buttocks for 2-3 weeks — using a BBL pillow when necessary.
How long do I need to stay in Istanbul?
